All prices are exclusive of GST.
All quotes / price estimates given are valid for one month only following date of issue.
Upon written acceptance of quotes / price estimates, the client shall provide the following information:
- Client Name (to be invoiced)
- Billing Address
- Physical Address
- E-mail Address
- Contact Phone No’s – Landline and Mobile
- Fax No
Note – Agent/s details are not accepted i.e. Planners, Architects, Lawyers, etc
All relevant plans shall be provided to arbSolutions Ltd prior to any assessments being undertaken.
Payments reliant on offshore (not in NZ) funding not accepted. The client shall make arrangements for NZ funding prior to works commencing from arbSolutions Ltd. Written proof of this funding shall be provide by the clients Lawyer prior to works commencing from arbSolutions Ltd.
Payment of works shall be strictly on or before the date stated on the quote or price estimate. Payments not received by due dates shall incur an automatic 5% debt collection fee.
arbSolutions Ltd reports remain the legal property of arbSolutions Ltd until full payment for agreed services has been received by arbSolutions Ltd. The client and / or client/s agent shall remove any report/s from authorities (i.e. Council, Court of Law) that have been submitted as part of any consent process (i.e. resource consent) if payment has not been received by the due date.
Any expenses, disbursements and / or legal costs incurred by arbSolutions Ltd during the debt collection process shall be paid by the client including any solicitor’s or debt collection fees.
arbSolutions Ltd provides, to the best of its ability, tree assessments, reports and other associated works. Due to external factors beyond its control arbSolutions Ltd cannot guarantee success of any consent and or legal process that its reports are submitted as part of.
